    What are your shipping rates?

    • Free UK Delivery on orders over £50
    • Standard UK Delivery (Evri, 2-3 working days) - £5.99

    Orders are dispatched the same working day if received by 12 noon UK time. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

    • International Shipping (DHL Express, 1-5 days) - £23.99**

    Please note: Duty and custom charges on international shipments to countries outside the UK, US, and EU may apply and are not covered by Sphaṭika LONDON.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes, a tracking number will be sent with your shipping confirmation via email.

    My order is missing

    If your order is missing, please contact us at help@sphatikalondon.com within 14 days of your order date, and we will investigate it for you.

    Some pieces are missing from my order

    We take great care in packaging all orders, but if any items are missing, please contact us within 14 days of your order date at help@sphatikalondon.com.

    I received the wrong items

    If you received incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 14 days at help@sphatikalondon.com. Specify the incorrect items and the items you are missing. You can return the incorrect items free of charge via our courier. We will send you instructions for parcel collection and ship the correct items at no additional cost to you.

    I have received a faulty item

    We strive to maintain high-quality standards for our products, and we want them to bring you joy for a long time. If you encounter any issues, please email help@sphatikalondon.com with a brief description and photos. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund. In some cases, we may ask you to return the product at our cost to help us improve our quality.

    How do I return an item?

    We offer returns within 15 days of purchase. Please visit our Returns page for more information.

    Shopping Online

    How often do you re-stock sold-out items?

    We often restock sold-out items within a few weeks. You can input your email address on the product page to join the waiting list and receive priority notification when the item is back in stock.

    Can I change my order once it has been placed?

    Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately, so the window to amend or cancel it is very small. If you need to make changes, please contact our Customer Service Team at help@sphatikalondon.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We also offer Klarna payments.

    How do I use a voucher code?

    To use a voucher or gift code, enter it on the checkout page during the order process. Simply type the code (case sensitive) into the designated field, and your order total will be recalculated.

    I did not receive an email confirmation

    An order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided as soon as your order is placed. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder and add help@sphatikalondon.com to your contacts for future purchases.

    How do I care for my jewelry?

    To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend keeping it away from soap and water.

    What materials are used in your jewelry?

    Our jewelry is made from zinc, brass, and epoxy, with plating options in gold, rose-gold, or silver. All earring posts are made of surgical stainless steel. Please refer to each product description for more details.

    Are your products made from real leather?

    Most of our handbags are made from waterborne polyurethane, crafted from recycled plastic. Starting with our AU25 collection, all future handbags will be made from vegan leather to reflect our commitment to nature in everything we create.

    What sizes are your jewelry?

    • Short necklaces have a 41cm chain, and long necklaces have an 81cm chain, both with an extender chain.
    • Rings are available in small, medium, or one size, with adjustable one-size rings and bangles.
    • Please check each product description for specific sizes of brooches and pendants.

    Where are your products designed and manufactured?

    We carefully select our suppliers and work with an ethical, female-owned sustainable factory in China. They craft our vegan leather handbags, scarves, luxurious loungewear, stationery, and accessories. We are dedicated to minimizing our carbon footprint, offsetting our emissions, and promoting biodiversity.

    Sphaṭika LONDON has partnered with the environmental conservation organisations, pledging to offset tonnes of CO2e annually through tree planting at  Hampshire, England.

    Is your packaging sustainable?

    Sphaṭika LONDON is committed to reducing single-use plastic waste and actively seeks sustainable materials for our collections. Our packaging is FSC approved, and our post boxes are made from 100% recycled paper, with plastic components also being recycled.
